21 Years of training and coaching
(project) managers to become leaders
’cause that’s what I love doing
If you want to get to know me on a more personal note please read on.
If you would like to know more about the companies and organizations I have worked for or want to read about my qualifications and trainings, then please scroll down.
Writing about myself in a way that helps you to get to know me while I do not know who you are or what you want to know about me is not an easy task..And I am really tempted to skip it 😉
However I am in the relationship business so I really should be able to do this.
So what is there to know about me?
First of all and to get this off my chest: I am very happy to address you in English, finally :-)! It is very much the language of my heart, of learning and of wisdom for me.
Why that is the case, is a long story – a nice one, but you probably won’t be interested..I am just mentioning it because I feel the need to be very honest with you: I am not a native speaker but my English is pretty good and I feel totally at home in this language. – Originally my ears were only attuned to British English and I was very prejudiced (=did not like American accents) but nowadays I have met and trained with so many lovely Americans that I am sure I am mixing British and American English. (I know there are lot of other accents and my ears generally “prick up” when I hear English sounding words:-))
Let me share with you what makes me tick:
I am in love with learning about and understanding our human nature and our potential to grow, our personal power. And when I find something to be really helpful I immediately switch from student to teacher. In order to understand it more deeply I need to talk about it to others – this is also how I discover how much (or little) I grasped the new idea/tool/concept 😉
This is a work in progress – bare with me..
